We were driving through Greenbrier looking for a good lunch spot that wouldn't leave us overly full, because we have a big day ahead. The Simple Greek! When writing this review, this place has 4.3 stars. Still, we dove in because usually Greek food is fresh ingredients and leaves you pleasantly full, rather than weighed down and tired. Wow! The Simple Greek delivered! Friendly service at the door by James and delicious ingredients made this a really great experience! The food is super tasty and what youd expect from a Greek restaurant- feta, HOT pita, fresh gyro meat. I cant say enough good things about this place. 5 STARS in my book!

We stopped here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the food. I wasn't expecting much, but the gyros we ordered were delicious and substantial. I ordered Greek fries, and they were very good, with lots of feta. Service was fine.

I usually have a pleasant experience at this establishment, which is why May 14th interaction was so disappointing. I ordered a to-go bowl to include harissa chicken, falafel, and rice. When I picked up my order, I complimented Dakota F. on how well the uncooked chicken looked. He seemed irritated, but I was simply trying to make friendly conversation and compliment his work. When I got home, I realized there was no rice in the bowl and I couldnβt find any chicken. I drove all the way back to have the issue corrected. As soon as I explained the situation, I was met with aggression from Dakota. A young woman came from the back while he spoke to her in another language. I showed him the bowl, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he grabbed a random pair of tongs off the wall and began digging through my food saying, βThis is chicken.β I told him I stood corrected because it looked more like sauce than chicken, but there was still no rice. I politely asked for the bowl to be remade since my food had now been dug through. He aggressively placed a bowl of rice on the counter and said, βIβm not remaking your bowl. I only dug in it because you told me to.β I never told hi
